Who we are

This policy explains how Mighty Co. ("Mighty Co.", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit mightyco.uk or contact us through it.

[Registered company name, company number and registered office address to be added here once Mighty Co. is formally incorporated. Under UK GDPR, a privacy notice should identify the data controller by its full legal name and address.]

What information we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, and your message. You may also optionally provide a phone number, business name, and the plan you're interested in.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this site at present — see our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a working relationship begins, to deliver and manage that engagement. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we will not add you to any marketing list without your separate consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a request you have made — and, where a client relationship is established, on the basis of performance of a contract.

Third-party processors

Enquiry form submissions are transmitted via a third-party form processing service to deliver them to our inbox. That provider processes the data solely to relay your submission and does not use it for its own purposes.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and is deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period if no client relationship results. Where a client relationship is established, information is retained in line with our standard business and statutory record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Object to or restrict how we use your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@mightyco.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we introduce analytics or new tools. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
